When the results are great and it really works, then they could spread the good news to everyone especially to other doctors at the hospital.

You could also sell them at the clinic. Private or government, that does not matter. Because they all needs them so the patients will be cured from their sickness. If you prescribe them something, they will have to promote what they bought from you.
