Traits That Contributed Abundantly To Success Of Vitor Ribeiro

In February, 1979 a great man was born in Brazil. This man won many awards in sports. Vitor Ribeiro is the name of this great man. He is a retired martial artist, who took part in lightweight division. He was a professional competitor and competed for DREAM, Shooto, Cage Rage, K-1 HEROS, world fighting Alliance and Cage Force. This man is the former champion of Cage Rage Lightweight and also Shooto World Lightweight.

He became famous all over the world after he started taking part in martial arts. His excellent performance boosted career, making him known in every corner of the earth. Every time he took part in an event, everyone around was convinced that shaolin would win the competition. All his fellow competitors, used to tremble with fear on seeing him. His grappling skills in the mixed martial arts were incomparable. Ribeiro was nicknamed Shaolin by his fellow trainees while at BJJ.

The man was only 14 years when he commenced his career. Shaolin joined gym after fighting with another kid while in school. The anger of being beaten by the kid triggered him to commence attending gym. In fact, he commenced going to a gym only a few weeks after fight. His talent was discovered immediately he stated taking part in competitions. By the time he was 17 years old, he had won world championships. He was then placed second in the nationals and also in Pan Ams.

One of the factors that that revealed that this was actually a talent man, is his ability to fight with adults while was in teens. He won black belt immediately when he reached 18 years and this was a great achievement that broke a record. In the following year, he performed greatly in Brazilian Nationals thus proving his mentor right.

He continuously won world championships in lightweight division in years 1999, 2000 and also in the year 2001. These achievements dictated that Shaolin was actually man to watch. He commenced taking part in MMA in 2001, after winning many events in lightweight category. Within the new category, he did and performed excellently too. On this field, he developed untold wrestling skills, which made his competitors tremble on realizing that Shaolin would take part in a given event.

2013 is the year, which Shaolin retired from martial arts. Owing to the passion with these competitions he decided not to exit completely from sports. In the year 2015 he came back into the field but now not as a competitor, but as a referee. As a referee, his intelligent is greatly revealed in the manner he performs.

These achievements have not come with ease. A lot of commitment and dedication has made him have all these achievements. Any event he took part in, he gave all what was required for better results. This is a good lesson that young people should learn from shaolin. They need to be committed and dedicated for any undertaking. With this, success will be attained with ease.

Shaolin persevered challenges that he came across and he was finally able to go very far. He never gave up at any moment during his career until he retired. In addition to that, he exuded great confidence, which is essential for a well-intended competitor. His determination played a great role in ensuring that he won many events he participated. People in the City of Mountainside, NJ know him because of his many achievements.
