Many are once or twice a week, possibly more.

Ask if your locations offers a free trial class. Many will let you join a class for free so that you can see if it is to your liking before you pay or make a multiclass commitment. If you do like what you see, then you can make a schedule of classes that fits your needs and finally feel safe from predators.
