When performing, movement is very essential especially in compound exercises. Wrong performances are possible if clothes are restrictive and do not support movements properly.

Fifth is aiding recovery after exercises. One advantage of this is it will stimulate the circulation, and thus, stimulates the flow of blood as well. An increased flow of blood removes the lactic acids which are being produced during an exercise. The feeling of pressure can reduce inflammation or soreness.
