Gross motor skills require the uses of large muscles to perform wide variety of tasks such as walking, crawling and balancing. The skill required is not extensive and associated with continuous tasks. The skill will develop in their early childhood. Start the activity with simple paper folding like making simple things at first afterwards, gradually construct something harder. Fold cloth napkins for dinner at a table.

Play computer games. Video games are perfect way to expand the fine motor abilities since they include movement agility and finger dexterity. Any game controllers can utilize to regulate the game are decent for emerging new things. Dexterity is very important for a person as well as coordination.

There are three different stage of motor learning which is cognitive phase, associative phase and autonomous phase. The cognitive phase is when the learner is fresh to a new task and the primary though is always what needs to be done on it. Considerable cognitive ability is being required for the learner to determine the appropriate strategies to reflect the goal.

Influences like fatigue is where the individuals performance has deteriorated when there is a stressful task that has continued for some time already. It is similar to muscle fatigue when exercising rapidly for long periods of time. Fatigue impacts an individual in different ways. It slows their performances, irregularities in timing, disorganization of performance and awareness drops.
